在江西,每个地方都有它独特的“味道”。今天来到江西省赣州市信丰县,和来自巴基斯坦的乔木一起寻找的“信丰味道”,据说藏在一种用“薯”做的神奇食物,它就是“薯包”!
Every corner of Jiangxi holds its own unique "flavor." Today, we’re in Xinfeng County, Ganzhou, joining Qiaomu from Pakistan to discover the distinctive taste of Xinfeng—a magical dish made from "shu" (tubers), known as "Shu Bao"!
原材料“脚板薯”因为形状像“脚板”,当地人都称之为“脚板薯”。待去皮搓成泥之后,它就变成了紫色粘稠的薯泥!油炸之后就成为了香脆可口的薯包啦。
The key ingredient, "Jiao Ban Shu" (literally "foot-shaped yam"), is named for its resemblance to a foot. After peeling and mashing, it turns into a sticky purple paste. Once fried, it becomes crispy, delicious Shu Bao fritters.
