　　可别小看这片叶子，上犹绿茶可是大有来头，早在明朝就是皇家贡品，是远近闻名的“中国名茶之乡”。

　　Don't underestimate these leaves — Shangyou green tea has a rich history. As early as the Ming Dynasty, it was a royal tribute, earning the county its reputation as a "Famous Tea Town of China."

　　首先是采茶，萨沙跟着师傅“一芽一叶”采摘手法，拇指食指轻轻一掐，嫩芽落掌心。、采完直奔制茶坊，高温杀青、手工揉捻，萨沙从“惊慌小白”秒变“炒茶能手”，满手茶香藏都藏不住！

　　First up: tea picking. Sasha follows the master's "one bud, one leaf" technique — gently pinching with thumb and forefinger, the tender buds fall into her palm.Then, straight to the tea workshop: high-temperature kill-green, hand rolling, and twisting.
